This part of the service depends on the size and complexity of the project. The initial meeting allows the designers to discuss and formulate a design proposal and once agreed, it may require a separate return to site to finalise details such as measurements, number of existing fittings, power supplies, etc.
For this visit, there is no requirement for the client to attend, as this is a technical meeting where we check that all the notes we have are accurate. This is where we leave nothing to chance and make sure we have as much detailed information as possible.
As the design fee has been agreed prior to this visit, there is no charge for this service as it is part of our design package.
