If we install an exterior lighting scheme and maintain it at least once a year, we will guarantee the infrastructure for 5 years. We are extremely confident with our installations and are happy to offer this warranty as we know that our schemes are built for longevity.
When we make a maintenance visit, we clean the bodies and lenses of the lights. If there is any damage to the lenses we replace these along with the gaskets then re-grease the screw threads and joints. The lights are then re-directed and/or the shrubs lightly pruned just enough for the light to illuminate the shrub or tree correctly.
We then check the switching system and if it is a remote control unit, we check all zones, timers and apps.
Any damage to cables will be repaired (where possible) in the time we are there for the maintenance.
Regular maintenance is essential to keep your lighting functioning long term and for your continued enjoyment.
